CodeForges (“we”) provides website publishing and a lightweight CRM. This notice explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account email and password (password stored hashed).
• Business profile content you enter (name, contact, branding, CRM records).
• Site metadata (subdomain, template, publish activity).
• Basic operational logs needed to run the service.

How we use it

• Authenticate you and host your *.codeforges.tech site.
• Operate CRM features scoped to your business.
• Improve reliability and prevent abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) process data only to run CodeForges.

Retention & deletion

You can delete sites from your dashboard. Contact us to close an account; we remove associated business and CRM data subject to legal retention needs.
